SAHUARITA - Feuds between Indians and settlers go way back in Arizona history, but a burgeoning dispute near Tucson features a curious twist: The Native Americans are planning to build a prison in the name of economic progress, and those who live in a nearby subdivision claim it will ruin their way of life.
